PUBLIC AWARENESS NOTICE CONCERNING ALLEGED FRAUD, CONFIRMED DOCUMENT FORGERY AND IMPERSONATION

 

This notice is issued in the public interest to raise awareness of serious allegations involving financial transactions connected to purported company registration and related business services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

An individual identified as Ayobami Samson Alabi, aka itts_rubson on Instagram, a 32-year-old male Nigerian whose photograph accompanies this notice, has been reported to the relevant authorities in connection with allegations of fraud involving financial losses reportedly exceeding over ₦100 million plus between the month of May to August 2026.

The matter concerns payments made in connection with purported UAE company registration, visa processing and related business arrangements. During the course of subsequent enquiries, documents supplied in connection with these transactions were confirmed to be forged. Serious concerns also arose regarding the alleged impersonation of international institutions and professionals in connection with the arrangements.

The matter has been reported to relevant authorities in Nigeria and internationally, and steps are being pursued to establish the full circumstances and identify all persons who may have been involved.

Mainly is Mr Ayobami Samson Alabi using various vices , and seek appropriate legal remedies and recovery of funds.

A CALL FOR URGENT ACTION

We respectfully call on the Nigeria Police Force, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the Inspector General of Police, the Attorney General of the Federation, the Ministry of Justice, Interpol, the Federal Ministry of Interior and other competent authorities to ensure a thorough, impartial and timely investigation and apprehensions into the circumstances surrounding these transactions.

We further urge the relevant authorities to trace the funds involved, which were all paid to the Nigerian accounts owned and traced to Ayobami Samson Alabi; establish responsibility on the basis of the available evidence; identify any additional persons implicated; and take appropriate action in accordance with the law swiftly. 

APPEAL FOR INFORMATION

Anyone who may have relevant information concerning the individual pictured, the transactions described, or similar circumstances is encouraged to provide that information directly to the appropriate law enforcement authorities we are here to seek justice tomorrow it may be a member if your family falling for one of their many schemes .

Anyone who believes they may have encountered similar arrangements is also encouraged to preserve relevant correspondence, payment records and documentation and to report their concerns through appropriate official channels.

This notice is intended to promote public awareness, encourage the provision of relevant information, and support the lawful pursuit of accountability.

We call on the Nigerian government and the international law enforcement agency in the UAE to take full action on bringing this crime syndicate to justice.

The same individual, who has multiple accounts for his fraudulent activities in Nigeria, we implore the public to take caution and the authorities to do everything to bring this individual to justice for defacing both the image of the country and professionals at large.

Cross River Residents, Traders Rally Support for Governor Etu Ahead of 2027

 

The Southern Edition of the Mega Street Endorsement Season 1 has commenced in Cross River State with a street walk aimed at highlighting the achievements of the state government and the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The walk started from Calabar Road and continued to Wart Market, where members of the team interacted with residents and traders while canvassing support for Governor Bassey Edet Etu, President Tinubu and other All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.

At Wart Market, women who gathered to receive the team sang praises of Governor Etu, applauding what they described as his developmental strides and ongoing projects across the state.

The women also expressed their support for the governor and said they were prepared to vote for him and other members of his team in the 2027 elections.

Speaking during the event, the President of the Capital Traders Umbrella Association, Mr Ekpe Okon, commended the governor for what he described as significant developments across Cross River State.

Okon also highlighted the increase in land ownership among residents, noting that more people were now able to acquire land and become property owners in the state.

The Director-General of the Mega Street Endorsement Season 1, Southern Edition, Mr Peter Ejeh, explained that the decision to organise the walk was inspired by the changes and developments his team observed across different sectors of the state.

According to him, the visible efforts of the state government motivated the group to take the message to the streets and encourage residents to support the administration.

Also speaking at the event, Mrs Fanny Odey, GEEP Programme Manager in Cross River State, commended Governor Etu for his efforts and developmental programmes in the state.

The Deputy Chairman of the APC in Cross River State, Mr Ogana Lukpata, also praised the governor, while the state APC Secretary, Mr Patrick Okon, was present at the event and expressed his support for the administration.

The Mega Street Endorsement, is expected to extend to the northern and central senatorial districts of Cross River State as the organisers continue their campaign ahead of the 2027 general elections.
